Spring Run (March 2022)
This year’s run was to raise funds for the DEC Ukraine Appeal.
Starting at our new venue at Nether Stowey Church Centre.
37 Bikes and two sidecars at the start on what turned out to be a lovely
sunny day.
The 65 mile route took us across Exmoor via Crowcombe , Wimbleball Lake to
the lovely village of Dulverton in the heart of Exmoor where a coffee stop
was arranged at The Bridge Inn.
The return route took us to the historic village of Dunster and then onto
Blue Anchor Beach to the final destination of the Quantock Lakes Restaurant
at Nether Stowey where 18 people stopped for lunch.

Editors note:
Not only was the weather almost perfect, someone had also ‘VMCC signed’ nearly all the turnings as well as producing a digitially-checked route sheet – talk about setting the bar high for the rest of the year!
