Sunday 17th August, 10:00 for 11:00 at Rich’s Cider Farm, Watchfield.

A fine run, enjoyed by a good turnout under sunny blue skies!
Twenty-two varied motorcycles were signed on for a route of small roads and lanes with views of the Levels, out to (and around) Glastonbury Tor. Then a more direct and faster route back for drinks (hot or cold) or food (meals or snacks) at Richs, an excellent venue to start and end. 44.6 miles in total.

A big red one and a big white one?!

Serious bike attention!

Shiny Guzzi ‘bacon-slicer’…

Another newcomer – big single Panther (banished for having big feet?)

Venue shared with some other classic machinery
Four very different motorcycles parked in a line. One quite modern, dark green, with a fairing and screen; next to it an older lighter-green unfaired machine; then a red machine with an angular fairing and screen and lastly a smaller, almost new machine with a handlebar-mounted screen and a white-panelled one-piece tank and seat. Behind are two buildings, one very agricultural and one showing the end of a low. tiled, brown wooden veranda .
